Amanda M. Black, MS, LPC

Amanda Black brings over two decades of dedicated service to the mental health field and leads our practice with both pride and compassion. Her background is rooted in substance use, abuse, and trauma, and she is deeply passionate about supporting both young and older adults throughout their therapeutic journeys.

Amanda believes that every client is unique, and she is committed to tailoring treatment modalities to meet each individual's specific needs, personality, and style. She views the therapist-client relationship as a profoundly special and privileged connection, honoring the trust clients place in her and cherishing the opportunity to witness their growth and resilience. Amanda is inspired by the strength and goodness she sees in her clients and is grateful to play a role in nurturing those qualities.

  • Her academic journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Arcadia University in 2006, followed by a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Holy Family University in 2010. Amanda’s clinical experience spans a variety of settings, including non-profit outpatient therapy agencies, correctional facilities, emergency housing shelters, and reunification programs. After earning her LPC in 2014, she embarked on her journey as a private practice business owner. In addition to her clinical work, Amanda finds personal and professional fulfillment in providing clinical supervision and mentoring future therapists as they begin their professional journeys.

Wendy brings over 25 years of experience to our team, having worked in schools, hospitals, and university environments. She earned her Master’s degree in Counseling from Gwynedd-Mercy University and has been a valued member of our practice since 2017.

Throughout her career, Wendy has collaborated extensively with schools, adolescents, families, and community agencies. Her areas of focus include anxiety and depression, autism spectrum disorders, group dynamics, school and peer conflicts, grief and loss, low self-esteem, trauma, and relationship dynamics.

Wendy’s therapeutic approach is eclectic and solution-focused, integrating cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques and promoting healthy lifestyle choices. She also emphasizes the mind-body connection to support clients’ emotional growth within a safe and supportive environment. Wendy prioritizes building a positive therapeutic alliance and employs evidence-based practices to help clients achieve their goals.

Diane Roberts, MA, LMFT

Diane possesses more than 40 years of experience working with young children and their families. Her extensive background has provided her with deep insight into the critical role family plays in a child's development. Diane is particularly attuned to the challenges that today’s families face, especially those juggling the responsibilities of raising children while caring for aging parents.

Recognizing these stressors, Diane highlights communication as the essential glue that holds families together, helping them navigate transitions and maintain healthy relationships.

  • Diane’s practice is dedicated to providing a warm, caring, and child-friendly environment where families can foster growth and develop healthy dynamics. She employs play-based interventions to help families address a range of concerns, including behavioral issues, trauma, family development, and challenges within educational settings. These challenges may encompass ADHD, coping with bullies, and developing social skills.

    In addition to her work with traditional family structures, Diane offers specialized support for non-traditional families. This includes LGBT families, blended families formed through second marriages, and families navigating the process of adoption. Her approach is rooted in understanding and addressing the unique needs of each family unit.

Megan Zdziera, MSW, LCSW

Megan Zdziera brings over 12 years of experience in the social service field, with a Bachelor’s in Social Work from Temple University (child welfare concentration) and a Master’s in Social Work from Marywood University. As a certified student assistance program (SAP) coordinator, Megan has worked extensively with children, adolescents, and families facing a variety of challenges, including family transitions, conflict, school-related issues, and substance abuse.

Her expertise spans areas such as Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety, Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), substance abuse, educational concerns, and relationship difficulties. Megan draws from both traditional and holistic therapeutic modalities, tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs of each individual or family. She understands that seeking help can be daunting and is committed to creating a safe and open therapeutic environment for her clients.


Stephanie Drake, MSW, LCSW

Integrative Therapy for Unique Needs

Stephanie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, and addiction. She holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees in Social Work from Millersville University.

Recognizing the uniqueness of each person, Stephanie utilizes an integrative approach to tailor treatment for every client. Her therapeutic style emphasizes empathy and honesty, ensuring clients feel safe as they work toward their goals. 


Jane Folk, MS, LPC

Jane Folk brings more than 30 years of clinical expertise to her role as a licensed professional counselor. A graduate of Drexel University, Jane has dedicated her career to supporting individuals across the lifespan as they navigate life’s most difficult moments. Her extensive experience allows her to meet clients with both depth and genuine compassion.

Jane’s clinical specializations include the treatment of depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), panic disorder, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). She is deeply committed to using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices. Jane’s professional development includes training under the esteemed psychologist Dr. Edna Foa at the University of Pennsylvania’s Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety, where she earned certification in prolonged exposure therapy.

  • In her therapeutic work, Jane skillfully integrates mindfulness techniques to help clients effectively manage stress and build resilience. She has completed advanced training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) through programs at the Omega Institute and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. This combination of CBT and mindfulness allows Jane to offer practical tools tailored to each client’s needs.

Jennifer Clark, MS, LAPC, CACREP, NBCC

Jennifer Clark is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) and Certified School Counselor, serving clients in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Her diverse background as a therapist allows her to form meaningful connections with each individual she works with. Jen recognizes that every client is unique and dedicates time to tailor her therapeutic approach to meet the specific needs and goals of those she supports.

Jen specializes in working with athletes and performers across all age groups, providing targeted support for those coping with performance anxiety, fear of failure, or overwhelming stress. She is also deeply passionate about assisting parents of young athletes, understanding the significant influence parents can have on their children's experiences in sports.

Beyond her work with athletes, Jen offers guidance and support to women as they navigate various life stages and transitions, helping them manage the complexities and emotional ups and downs that accompany periods of change.

Jaylee Lundberg, MA, LAPC, NCC

Jaylee’s educational background is extensive—she holds dual bachelor's degrees in Social Psychology and Criminal Justice, as well as a minor in Social Work. Furthering her expertise, she earned her Master’s degree in Counseling. This diverse academic foundation informs her multifaceted approach to therapeutic work.

  • Specializing in the needs of adolescents and young adults, Jaylee works with clients who are navigating life with intellectual disabilities, ADHD, depression, anxiety, or autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Her strong grounding in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) equips her to support individuals with a variety of needs, and she has completed intensive training in evidence-based treatments specifically for individuals dealing with substance use disorders.

Nancy Flanagan Kelly, MS Ed, MA, LAPC

Nancy Flanagan Kelly brings extensive experience from her diverse roles in schools, higher education, and community mental health agencies. She holds a master’s degree in education and a second master’s degree in clinical counseling, complementing her robust background in teaching and school counseling.

Nancy is dedicated to supporting both teenagers and adults, with a special focus on individuals recovering from trauma and addictions. Her expertise also includes working with those experiencing anxiety, depression, and significant life transitions. She is particularly passionate about empowering women and members of the LGBTQ+ community, believing strongly in the importance of authenticity and self-exploration.

  • In her therapeutic practice, Nancy utilizes a variety of evidence-based modalities. She frequently incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) strategies, Internal Family Systems (IFS) processes—also known as “parts work”—and somatic techniques that help clients connect mind and body for holistic healing. Nancy also weaves Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) strategies into her sessions, guiding clients as they explore their personal values to inform daily actions and life decisions.
